Q1. What is a pre-order?
A. A pre-order allows our customers to place an order for items 2-3 weeks ahead of its dispatch date. This option is made available for high demand products that are likely to sell out quickly.
Q2. How do I pre-order products?
A. Start by signing up on our website, then adding items to your shopping cart, and finally paying the order amount at the checkout page. Shortly afterwards, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order reference number.
Q3. Where can I look for the pre-order offers?
A. All pre-order offers for our 2022 collection are included in the product listings section. Please note that offers are subject to changes at the discretion of The Ink Bucket without any prior notice.
Q4. Are pre-order offers available on all products?
A. Our pre-order offers are applicable only on the 2022 collection. Please note that offers are subject to changes at the discretion of The Ink Bucket without any prior notice.
Q5. Will I still receive the freebies with my pre-order if I can not see the freebies included in the cart?
Freebies will not appear in your cart but please be assured these will be included in your order shipment, so long as you have placed the order during the pre-order offer period.
Q6. When will I receive my order?
A. Orders for the 2022 collection placed during the launch period (October 5, 2021 till October 8, 2021) will be dispatched starting 31st October 2021. A tracking link shall be shared once the dispatch happens. Once dispatched, delivery will take 2-10 days within India and 2-3 weeks outside India. Q7. Will I be charged a shipping fee on my pre-order?
A. We provide free shipping on orders above INR 999/- within India. Standard shipping charges (within India) on orders below INR 999/- is INR 100/-.
Shipping rates on international orders will vary by country. Shipping rates will also vary based on the number of items in your order, which will be calculated during checkout.
Q8. Can I cancel my pre-order?
A. Please note that Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. We request you to kindly write to us help@theinkbucket.in if you still do not wish to receive the product and we will provide you the store credit worth the amount of the order. Once the order is processed or dispatched, we will not accept cancellations.
Q9. Can I replace items or make changes to my order?
A. Unfortunately, once the order has been placed, we will not be able to make any changes. For any other queries we request you to kindly write to us at help@theinkbucket.in.
Q10. If I order other products on the website along with the 2022 collection will I receive them sooner?
A. All products included in an order containing items from the 2022 collection will be dispatched together, starting 31st October 2021. For faster delivery on products not part of the 2022 collection you can place a separate order.
Q11. Can I change my contact or address details after placing an order?
A. To correct or update any personal information (phone no, pin code, etc.) please write to us at help@theinkbucket.in before October 20, 2021. Please note that we can update your information only if the order has not been processed by our shipping partner.
Q12. Can I get my pre-order gift wrapped?
A. Unfortunately we don’t offer that option at this time. However, we are working on introducing it soon.
