Refund policy

All products we offer at THE INK BUCKET are made with utmost care and precision. Each and every product undergo the quality checks at every step while being manufactured and once again thoroughly before it is shipped, perhaps why we offer returns only on Laptop bags and sleeves and exchanges on rest of the products, again subject to our terms and condition.

Terms & Conditions:

* It is mandatory that you write to us on hello@theinkbucket.in with your Order No. and Full Name along with a reason for Exchange within 7 days of having received your product so that we could schedule a reverse pick up.

** PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IN DAMAGED OR SOILED CONDITION.

Laptop Bags, Sleeves & Other Bags:-

A complete refund or a replacement piece along with bearing the courier/reverse pick up charges will be taken into consideration only if it is any of the following cases.

(a.) If you receive a Laptop Bag or Women's Shopper Bag is damaged or if the size of the model is not as communicated to you on the product page.
(b.) If all the contents of the bag (Straps etc) as promised to you are not present with the bag upon delivery.
(c.) If within 60 days the buckle or leather straps break due to loose stitching. This warranty is only if the strap or the buckle wears off due to a manufacturing defect and not because of overloading the bag.
(d.) If the zips and zippers give away within 60 days.
(e.) If the pockets or inside lining is torn upon delivery, you should immediately communicate to us at hello@theinkbucket.in.
(f.) If we have delivered the wrong Laptop Bag to you.

Store credit will be given and courier/reverse pick up charges will NOT be taken care of by THE INK BUCKET if it is any of the following cases:

(a.) If there are issues with the size of the Laptop Bag.
(b.) If there are issues with the color of the Laptop Bag.
(c.) If there are issues with the color of the hardware which is used for the Laptop Bag
(d.) If you don't want the Laptop/Shopper Bag anymore and have changed your mind.

Notebooks, Posters & Postcards:-

(a.) There are "No Returns" & "No exchange" on these products unless you receive a wrong product. If so, please write to us at hello@theinkbucket.in with your Order No. and Full Name along with a reason for Exchange within 7 days of having received your product, so that we could schedule a reverse pick up.

(b.) If in any case you are not happy with the product please feel free to write to us at hello@theinkbucket.in, we'll be happy to assist you and try solving your issue.

*Returns on all the products will be processed within 7-10 business days of being received.*
